2. Description of Service

Studio Chitrakaar provides AI-powered creative tools including image generation, face swapping, and prompt translation. Services are provided "as is" and may change over time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Content & Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to ban users who violate safety guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the images you generate, subject to the license terms of the underlying AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, FLUX, Replicate, Fal.ai).

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
